Whether you are an individual who exercises or plays sports at any level, an older adult, or an adolescent, Arron is well-qualified and able to assist you in your recovery from any injury. He prides himself on supporting his patients from the first time they see him and beyond the last time they attend the clinic. He will guide you within your sessions with him and is always available between sessions to assist you or answer any questions you may have.
Arron’s interests outside of work and football include spending time with his family and friends, playing football, training in the gym, running, and participating in Hyrox- based competitions. He also enjoys a beer or two, although the recovery is getting harder.
My name is Elliott and I’m a senior physiotherapist working at Basildon hospital and here at B2B. I graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a first class honours degree in physiotherapy as well as a level 3 diploma in soft tissue therapy. I have experience in specialist areas such as cardiothoracic’s and musculoskeletal injury. I have been lucky enough to experience an array of clinical settings such as working on intensive care units to outpatient clinics. My passion lies in sport – particularly football and cricket, so if I’m not at work or in clinic with you lovely lot, that’s where you will find me!
Over the years, my passion for sport has inevitably led to one or two injuries myself. Having experienced the lows of injury and the sometimes long road to recovery, I realised the power that us clinicians hold to inspire and guide you back to doing what you love. One area that particularly interests me is pain and this is something I have studied extensively to ensure our patients receive the best service possible. Couple that with my general interest in sports and human anatomy and here I am!
The world of physiotherapy has so many avenues to explore which is why I work in a hospital full time to keep my skill set as sharp as possible. During the day I’m on the wards treating patients with a variety of neurological, respiratory and Musculoskeletal disorders and in the evenings I get to explore the mixed box of tricks that injury rehab presents. It’s the variety that keeps you on your toes and makes this line of work so interesting. Being part of our patients journey is something that I take particular pride in and there is nothing more rewarding than helping our clients recover back to full fitness.
I’m Alex and I have a masters degree in Sports Therapy along with a bachelors degree in Sports, Health and Exercise Performance.
I am a keen sportsman currently playing semi professional football. I also enjoy a round of golf.
I provide injury assessment, diagnosis and treatment, injury rehabilitation, sports massage, IASTM and cupping therapy.
